Pooh Severance Lovely bunch of artists featured on this, it packs the braindance hits! Favorite track: Retape - Fluectro 1.

Sven B. Schreiber (sbs) Danny Playamaqui drew my attention to this excellent avant-electronica sampler, and the seven-tailed fox's got an ultra-interesting track on it himself, full of microtonal madness. Moreover, it's not the only awesome track here, so don't hesitate to purchase the album. Choosing "🕳" as the album title is a funny idea... some file systems on SD cards choke on this character - I'm observing this for the first time since I've started using an Android tablet, and this makes the idea even funnier! Favorite track: Danny Playamaqui - U-Shaped Valley.

Anvil Stereo I'm very happy and honored to have been a part of this compilation with such talented artists. And what a privilege to have the tracks mastered by Bola, who obviously did fantastic work. Favorite track: lee - Digi6.

No-one know how the 🕳 started. It may have begun years ago.

For years it might have just been a small crack, hidden away somewhere that no one could see.
Slowly increasing in size.
Completely beyond the eyes of scientists or environmental observers, or...anyone.
No-one noticed the things disappearing at first.
People carried on as usual. It wasn't so inconvenient to re-buy the things which were constantly going missing. The change happened so slowly, that people became accustomed to only having things in their possession for a short period of time, before being forced to replace them. They stopped complaining of things disappearing and focused instead on continually moving forwards.

The world was getting incrementally emptier, and people felt happier, less weighed down by the concept of ownership. People began to embrace their new transient existence, and producers of goods rejoiced at ever growing profits. But a small group of scientists were beginning to question the sustainability of the 🕳

They saw a tipping point coming in the future, they noticed the 🕳 growing in size as it was consuming more, they saw its growth as being exponential.
Sure enough the 🕳 began to take up more space. Towns and cites began to disappear, tiny object by tiny object. People started getting scared, Governments could do nothing, scientists looking at the 🕳 could see no way of stopping it.
The area outside of the 🕳 became known as the void.
Eventually there was almost nothing left.

The humans remained but they now felt aimless and desperate.
It was hard for them to connect to each other any more.
At some point before everything finally fell into the 🕳 Some musicians banded together and wrote some music to celebrate and document how life had been before the 🕳
The music helped them to embrace their own entry into the 🕳
The group kept playing and playing, frantically, finishing the final notes as they themselves fell helplessly into the 🕳
It was a document for their present, future and past.

Preserved in the void.
